Light of 9/11

My answer to unbearable emotional pain is to do what I have been
taught to do for as long as I can remember. "Casting all your cares
upon him; for he careth for you."(I Peter 5:7) I believe it was
never meant for us to bear the burdens of life, but rather, to share
them with Him who knows us so well. Believing this, the events
unfolding that dreadful day were handled no other way. I cast my
cares through prayer and gratitude. I still do.
